Online Applications are invited for recruitment to the following posts under different departments under Govt. of NCT of Delhi:

The closing date for submission of online application is up to 14th April, 2o21 (till 11:59 PM) after which the link will be disabled. Applications received through any other mode would not be accepted and summarily rejected. Further, the Date of Examinations for the above said posts will be intimated separately in due course.


a) Women candidates and candidates belonging to Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe, PWD & Ex-serviceman category are exempted from paying Application fee.

b) Ex-servicemen who have already secured employment in civil side under Central Government / Government of

NCT of Delhi or its Autonomous / Local Bodies on regular basis after availing of the benefits of reservation given to ex-servicemen for their re-employment are NOT el®ble for fee concession.

c) The candidates submitting their application online should pay the requisite fees only through SBl e-pay. Other  mode of payment will not be considered and the application of such candidates will be rejected out rightly and payment made shall stand forfeited. 

d) Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Genera/lLAwareness: Questions will be designed to test the ability of the candidete's General Awareness of the environment around him / her and its application to society. The questions will be designed to test knowledge Of Current Events and of such matter of everyday observation as may be expected of an educated person. The testwill also include questions related to History, Polity, Constitution, Sports, Art & Culture, Geography, Economics, Everyday Science, Scientific Research, Nationavlnternational Organizatfous / nstituttons etc.

Test may include questions on analogies, similarities, differences, space visualizatlon, problem solving, analysis, judgment, decision making, visual memory, discrimination, observation, relationship, concepts, arithmetical reasoning, verbal and figure classification, arithmetical number series etc.

The test of Arithmetical and Numencal Abilities win cover number systems including questions on Simplification, Decimals, Data Interpretation, Fractions, LCM, HCF, Ratio & Proportion, Percentage, Average, Profit & Loss, Discount, Simple & Compound Interest, Mensuration, Time & Work, Time & Distance, Tables & Graphs etc.

Educational Qualification:- The candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10 + 2) conducted by West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) or equivalent examination from any of the recognized Boards in Science with Physics and Mathematics.

METHOD OF RECRUITMENT: - By selection (direct recruitment) on the basis of the candidate's qualifying in the Preliminary Examination (screening test) followed by the Physical Measurement Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Final Competitive Examination and Personality Test

Preliminary Examination (Full Marks - 100):- Applicants provisionally considered eligible will have to appear in an MCQ based preliminary examination which is qualifying in nature. There would be 100 objective type questions having multiple choice (four choices) of answers carrying equal marks each.

PHYSICAL MEASUREMENT TEST (PMT):- The physical standards [height, weight and chest (for male candidates only)] of the candidates as mentioned under 3 (F) will be tested by using electronic machines of those who qualify in the Preliminary Examination.

PERSONALITY TEST: - Full Marks - A limited number of candidates fulfilling all the eligibility criteria for the post will be called for a personality test on the basis of merit, based on the result of the Final Competitive Examination. These tests will be for 15 (fifteen) marks.

RRC Central Railway Act Apprentices Recruitment 2021

ONLINE applications are invited from interested candidates for engagement of Act Apprentices for imparting training under the Apprentices Act 1961 in the designated trades at Workshops/Units in the jurisdiction of Central Railway against 2532 slots. Applications complete in all respects should be submitted only ONLINE till 17:00 hrs. of the closing date.

Candidates should note and take cognizance of the fact that this is a Centralized Notification for engagement of Act Apprentices under the Apprentices Act 1961 for Central Railway Units and Railway Recruitment Cell, Central Railway (RRC/CR) has been nominated as nodal agency for obtaining ONLINE applications from candidates and preparation of their merit list. Candidates can submit their applications ONLINE only on RRC’s website

MODE OF SELECTION: Selection will be on the basis of merit list prepared in respect of all the candidates who apply against the notification. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of percentage of marks in matriculation (with minimum 50% aggregate marks) + ITI marks in the trade in which Apprenticeship is to be done. The panel will be on the basis of simple average of marks in the matriculation and ITI.   

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : The candidate must have passed 10th class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks, in aggregate, from recognized Board and also possess National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or Provisional Certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training / State Council for Vocational Training.

AGREEMENT OF TRAINING: Before commencement of the Apprenticeship training in the designated trade, the selected candidate has to enter into a Contract of Apprenticeship Training with the following provisions: 

Where the Contract of Apprenticeship is terminated through failure on the part of the employer in carrying out the terms and conditions of the contract (as notified under the Apprenticeship Rules 1992), candidate will be paid apprentice compensation as prescribed.

Procedure/Instructions/Guidelines for Online Filling of Application Form Following are the general and special instructions for the applicant with respect to the online filling of the application form:

a. Apply online well in advance without waiting for last date of submission of online application form.

b. The candidates belonging to reserved categories who wish to apply against the post meant for General Category should deposit application fee as prescribed for General Category. They should also ensure that they fulfill all eligibility conditions meant for General Category candidates.

g. No request for change of any particular on the application form shall be entertained by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission.

h. No offline application form or copy of downloaded application form will be accepted by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission. i. The Selection shall be made in accordance with the Punjab Police rules as applicable to Haryana (latest rule 12.16 of Punjab Police Rules amended up to date(Non Gazetted and other ranks)Service rule 2017 amended upto date. 

Against these posts no recruitment process could be initiated and the same were cancelled by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Panchkula vide Cancellation Notice dated 29.12.2020. The candidates who had earlier applied against the above categories will also be eligible against the re-advertised posts. The government has decided to give one time relaxation in fee and age to the candidate who had applied against the Advertisement No.06/2019 issued by Haryana staff selection commission . However ,such candidates will have to apply afresh along with proof of depositing the application fees. They are required to upload the E-challan along with the fresh application form and will produce the original E-challan at the time of test/verification .

Likely causes of rejection of application

1. More than one application form for a particular category.

2. Application is incomplete and not online.

3. Full fee, if not deposited in the manner prescribed.

4. No qualification of Hindi/Sanskrit as prescribed in advertisement.

5. Applicant does not possess the requisite academic qualification on cutoff date.

6. Applicant does not indicate visible identification mark in appropriate column of application form.

7. Candidate is underage/overage on the cutoff date/closing date.

8. Variation in data of online application form and in original documents if detected at any stage.

9. Lack of essential qualification as prescribed in advertisement.
